The Numbers:

  • Fasting Blood Glucose Level:  98 mg/dl
  • Weight:  188 lbs.
  • Exercise:  45 bike ride.  After all of the rain, humid as heck in Houston
  • Mood:  7.0

The Menu:

  • Breakfast:  Morning fruit medley and a slice of pizza from last night
  • Lunch:  Yet another slice of pizza (made with a whole wheat crust) and grapes
  • Dinner:  Tex-mex!
  • Snacks:  Some leftover cole slaw.
