She went for 20 minutes, which is 5 minutes more than she planned to do. I continued on my merry way for my usual ride, taking it easy for most of the way. I pretty much dogged it until the end, still fearing the worst for my gimpy knee. At the end, all was find and it’s just now a matter to getting back up to normal speed.
I have to admit I had serious thoughts about staying in bed and nursing my knee just one more day. No sense rushing it, don’t want things to swell up again, best to be careful, that sort of thing. In the end, my innate sense of duty, honor, rightousness and the Charming Mrs. SWMBO nagging me to get going because she wanted to join me got me up and going. I have to admit, it all felt good once the muscles were warmed up and the blood and oxygen was flowing.
Behind every good man is a wonderful wife. I understand that now.

- Breakfast: Oatmeal with craisins and the usual morning fruit medley.

- Snacks: Some almonds.
