The Inorganic Plan for Reversing Type 2 Diabetes Today
The Diabetic Diet and Diabetic Exercise Plan for Tuesday
First Day of the Christmas Shopping Season, Too!
Since reversing type 2 diabetes became my daily joy, I ended my consumption of Snickers, Mounds Bars and Butterfingers and upped my consumption of fruits and vegetables.
Following the DASH Diet recommendations, I work to get my 5 to 7 servings of both each day. Good for the heart, good for reversing type 2 diabetes.
Cynic that I am, I have never bought into the organic food trend, craze, fad, call it what you will. It was just a poor reason to me to charge more for the same thing I buy that is not listed as organic.
It all tastes the same to me.
Does that make it inorganic? A good juicy Texas watermelon fresh from the Valley with a bit of dirt still on it not labeled organic is inorganic? That is absurd on the face of it. A watermelon is a watermelon.
Turns out I was pretty much correct. Organic food is no healthier than the stuff not labeled not labeled organic. Same vitamins, same fiber, same everything. The fertilizer used makes no difference. Nitrogen is nitrogen, regardless if it’s from liquid ammonia or cow patties. There is also no evidence that the pesticides, hormones or pesticides do any harm to the products I buy at my neighborhood Kroger’s either. Studies, however, are continuing to see of it does have any affect.
On the upside to that, I remain bug free as far as I know.
